The doctors in green are actively searching for work and have recently updated their profile. There's a nominal fee of $7 per doctor to access their contact details so you can get in touch with them directly.

The doctors in grey haven’t updated their profile in a while so they may not be available to work, but you can send them a message for free. If a doctor responds to your message, we’ll put you in direct contact with them and your account will be charged $7. If they don’t respond, there’s no charge.
